Our Lady of Grace parish invites you to join us for the 8th annual “Walk for Life-West Coast” on Saturday, January 21, 2012, in San Francisco.
If you are unable to attend the Walk, please consider sponsoring a seat ($23)on the bus to enable someone to walk for life in your place.
We will assemble at Our Lady of Grace Church at 7:30 am (we will have coffee there and donuts/cookies before boarding) and the bus will depart at 8:00 a.m. and return after the Walk is completed, probably by 5:30 p.m. Reserve your seat now since seats will fill up fast! We have a new Walk route this year, beginning at the Civic Center Plaza with a pre-walk rally. The Walk will proceed down Market Street to the Justin Herman Plaza. This event is very family friendly with many youngsters – babies, toddlers pre-teens and up.
Suggested Items to bring: A prayer peaceful mindset, cameras, bag lunch, (water will be supplied), bring fully charged cellphone, collapsible seats, wagon, stroller to carry camp seats/chairs for elderly, rain gear if probable, sweater/jacket, hat.
